We have deactivated the image link on this portal while we are working on technical issues. You will be able to view all of your reports and confirm upcoming appointments along with see the prep instructions for your exam however if you need a CD with the images, please make sure you ask our staff before you leave your appointment or you can email our medical records department to request a CD be mailed to your home address @ chulsey@mineralking.com
